- PRICING & DELIVERY PROCEDURE
All prices are clearly displayed on the site and will be confirmed at the checkout prior to payment. Most major credit and debit cards are accepted.The delivery options available as well as the delivery cost will be clearly displayed in the checkout process. Once your order has been accepted we cannot change the delivery method.
- ORDERS & SECURITY
When you place an order we will treat it as an offer to purchase. Once payment has been successfully processed the order is confirmed and will the stock be released.Once you’ve placed your order you will have an opportunity to check the details and correct any input errors. We reserve the right to decline your order on security grounds in which case we will contact you to seek an alternative payment method.
- FAULTY GOODS
Faulty products have to be reported within 5 days from delivery. We will arrange collection of the said item and exchange it if found to be defective. Report faulty equipment to info@flexson.co.zaProducts must be returned with their original box, packing and accessories. This policy does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, incorrect assembly/installation or normal wear and tear.
